Role overview
Lead the UK Property Management function for a significant London and South East commercial office portfolio.
Report to the senior UK leadership team and retain direct responsibility for selected key assets.
Work in a hands-on leadership role focused on occupiers, asset performance and portfolio improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a small Property Management team.
- Oversee the wider UK portfolio while directly managing selected assets.
- Coordinate with Asset Management, Development, Facilities Management and Sustainability colleagues.
- Improve occupier relationships, customer service, retention and the tenant experience.
- Manage service charge budgets, forecasting, reconciliations and reporting.
- Lead capital expenditure, maintenance and refurbishment projects.
- Integrate sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives into property operations.
- Support vacant space, new lettings, refurbishment and wider asset initiatives.
Candidate requirements
- Significant commercial property management experience, ideally focused on commercial offices.
- MRICS qualification and strong technical understanding of property management and service charge practice.
- Proven experience leading and developing people and managing stakeholders.
- Extensive post-qualification experience with commercial awareness and decision-making maturity.
- Commitment to best practice and excellent customer service.
