Base salary range (Italy)
- €97,500 - €146,250
Base salary range (Germany)
- €112,500 - €168,750
Base salary range (UK)
- £178,750 - £118,125
- Bonus target: 20% (note that actual percentage may vary based on business and program considerations)

What You’ll Do
Own the global payroll strategy and roadmap , ensuring alignment with HR and business priorities while delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across all regions, including direct oversight of US payroll.
Establish strong payroll governance, controls, and compliance , ensuring consistent validations, checks, and approvals while leading internal, external, and statutory audits and addressing corrective actions.
