We have an exciting opportunity for a Compensation Director to join our Global Total Rewards group!

Heading Hasbro's Global Compensation function, the Compensation Director is tasked with translating the Company's Total Rewards strategy into compensation programs, processes, and initiatives.

These initiatives support Hasbro's business and talent goals throughout the enterprise.

Together with the Head of Total Rewards, the Compensation Director identifies functional priorities and translates strategic intentions into specific plans.

This position guides the Global Compensation team while supervising the creation, operation, deployment, and regular updating of Hasbro’s global compensation philosophy, programs, policies, and practices.

The Compensation Director serves as the Company's main compensation advisor, collaborating closely with executive leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR Technology, and other Centers of Excellence to create market-competitive compensation approaches that promote a pay-for-performance culture, support business growth, and help attract and retain top talent.

This role also directs complex, cross-functional global compensation initiatives.

It supports organizational change and ongoing progress while making sure enterprise-wide compensation programs are thoroughly applied in a global, matrixed organization.

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA.

In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI.

as a Compensation Director:

• Lead Hasbro's Global Compensation function, offering strategic direction, supervision, and continuous leadership for all global compensation programs, policies, and services.
