Deep expertise in broad-based compensation and annual compensation cycles, including salary structures, market pricing, merit, promotions, bonus programs, equity partnership, budgeting, calibration, and pay equity.
Demonstrated experience managing and developing analysts or other compensation professionals while also operating as a hands-on subject-matter expert.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities and experience translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
