The profile that excels in execution:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA or other graduate-level education is considered an asset.

15+ years of progressive experience leading strategic programs, enterprise transformations, or major capital investment initiatives.

Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.

Leadership experience within industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, utilities, or other capital-intensive environments.

Demonstrated success managing significant capital budgets and delivering expected business benefits.

Experience working with executive leadership teams, steering committees, and boards, with a proven ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.

Strong understanding of financial, operational, organizational, and change management considerations associated with large-scale transformations.

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certifications are considered assets.

Strategic leader with a proven ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams around a shared vision.

Strong executive presence and credibility, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
