Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term partnership success.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational objectives, operational priorities, and client needs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple programs and portfolios, ensuring consistent service quality, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and resource allocation to support business objectives and profitability.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and operational effectiveness.
• Support business development initiatives, including client retention, growth opportunities, proposals, presentations, and market expansion.
• Monitor operational performance through key metrics, reporting, and data analysis, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, company policies, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships, resolve challenges, and support organizational growth and success.
