Role Overview
Lead the strategic oversight and performance management of National Federations (NFs) across all Olympic and Paralympic disciplines, ensuring full alignment with SOPC’s national priorities and Olympic movement standards.
The Director oversees the development, integration, and evaluation of NF strategic plans, capacity-building efforts, and athlete development programs.
This role is responsible for fostering inter-federation collaboration, driving governance and compliance improvements, and serving as a key liaison between SOPC leadership and NFs to enable sustainable, high-performance sport ecosystems across the Kingdom.
