Leadership & Management: o Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. o Oversee the entire lifecycle of product customization and configuration to ensure alignment with customer specifications and business objectives. o Manage and optimize the sustenance engineering processes to maintain the product's reliability and performance.

Product Development & Customization: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support, to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. o Drive the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices. o Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of custom configurations and enhancements to the flagship product.

Sustenance Engineering: o Oversee the identification, analysis, and resolution of product issues to maintain optimal performance and customer satisfaction. o Implement robust processes for monitoring, diagnosing, and fixing product defects and performance issues. o Ensure the team is equipped to provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.

Customer Satisfaction & SLA Compliance: o Ensure all customer interactions and solutions meet or exceed customer expectations, driving high levels of customer satisfaction. o Develop and maintain processes to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including timely resolution of issues and communication with customers. o Monitor customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
