About the Role

Role Scope

• Oversee Digital Channels, Guest-Facing Technology, Data Analytics, and CRM teams.
• Evolve websites, mobile applications, booking journeys, CRM infrastructure, customer data platforms, and digital technologies.
• Work with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, IT, and Corporate teams to improve personalisation, conversion, loyalty, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead digital product roadmaps, complex system integrations, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement.
• Build and develop high-performing teams while presenting business cases and results to senior stakeholders.

Experience and Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior digital leadership role.
• Proven experience leading digital platforms, CRM programs, and customer data initiatives in a large, complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CMS and CRM platforms, customer data platforms, analytics tools, and digital performance optimisation.
• Deep understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimisation, acquisition, retention, loyalty, and customer journey management.
• Experience managing mobile applications, digital product roadmaps, and complex system integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project leadership, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Hospitality, travel, luxury, or customer-centric industry experience is highly advantageous.
