Role Overview
Lead the delivery arm of the global Integration Hub within the digital technologies division.
Manage delivery managers, align integration demand with business segments, and optimize global technology-partner relationships.
Strategic Leadership and Relationships
- Translate Petcare, Snacking, and Food business pipelines into a unified Integration Hub demand roadmap.
- Partner with segment IT directors and digital business partners to align delivery capacity with commercial priorities.
- Position the Integration Hub as a specialized domain-expert unit for segment-specific integration needs.
Team Leadership
- Manage, coach, and inspire a global team of seven Delivery Managers.
- Drive talent development, performance management, training, and career progression for associates.
- Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Program Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Integration Hub projects, workstreams, and sub-workstreams.
- Establish milestones, timeline controls, tracking dashboards, and proactive reporting on risks and resource constraints.
