Role overview
Genpact is seeking a Director - Data Engineering 3 focused on enterprise data platform engineering.
The role supports data products, AI analytics, and agent-based solutions across business segments and the enterprise.
The primary focus is establishing robust data platform capabilities and services for reusable data products.
Platform architecture and engineering
- Design and implement scalable platform services, features, and frameworks on the Enterprise Data Platform.
- Integrate the Enterprise Data Platform with hyperscaler platforms, data lakes, and application data warehouses.
- Set up governance, security policies, catalogue services, marketplace capabilities, and RBAC access management.
- Oversee data product management to support effective reuse by agents and AI analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with the Cloud COE to script, subscribe to, and instantiate data platform resources.
- Set up metadata and context modelling services for agent use.
- Establish clean room, zero-data-copy, and federated data distribution patterns.
- Use AI agents to improve platform engineering efficiency and reduce management and operations costs.
- Own solutions serving segment, cross-segment, and enterprise requirements.
