Responsibilities
- Drive overall revenue growth across WeDo’s cloud, data, analytics, and AI portfolio, exceeding quota and expanding the Kingdom’s pipeline
- Drive net new revenue for data lakehouse and data management implementation projects
- Identify, package, and sell partner products and services across cloud, data, analytics, and AI — bundling them with WeDo’s solutions to create differentiated, high value offerings
- Win cloud data migration and modernization deals as the new hyperscaler regions go live in KSA
- Build and grow strategic alliances with platform and hyperscaler partners, driving joint go to market, co sell motions, and partner sourced revenue
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pipeline development, complex deal shaping, and closure across government, enterprise, and public sector accounts
- Build and execute a winning Go To Market strategy for KSA’s cloud, data, analytics, and AI market, aligned to Vision 2030 priorities
- Position data, analytics, and AI as the foundation of WeDo’s Cognitive Cities and Cognitive Enterprise solutions
- Partner with pre sales, delivery, and engineering teams to translate customer challenges into winning proposals
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in technology sales / business development, with a proven hunting track record
- Demonstrated success selling data platform / data management solutions (e.g., data warehousing, big data, analytics, governance, MDM)
- Experience selling cloud, analytics, and AI products and services, ideally including partner / OEM portfolios bundled into integrated solutions
- Strong experience selling to government and enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia, with prior in country work experience
- A track record of closing large, complex implementation deals
- Deep understanding of local regulations, procurement processes, and cultural dynamics
- Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and strong English communication skills

About the Role
- WeDo Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Data & Analytics Sales to lead and grow our cloud, data, analytics, and AI business across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This is a hunting focused leadership role responsible for driving overall revenue growth — selling WeDo’s solutions together with our partners’ products and services to win large, complex deals.
- At the core of the mandate is net new business across modern data lakehouse and data management implementation projects, expanding into the broader cloud, analytics, and AI portfolio, and capturing the wave of cloud data migration onto the new hyperscaler regions now live in KSA.
