Client Engagement
Serve as a client-facing member of the team, participating in client meetings and contributing to performance interpretation and strategic recommendations
Support the client-facing reporting narrative, including inputs for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), in partnership with the Client Director
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for Sephora agency team members and when in execution phase, the creators, overseeing management of communication, timelines, and asset feedback
Escalate major risks, scope issues, or commercial needs to the VP/Executive Sponsor and Client Director as needed
Program Leadership
Own the day-to-day program across its full scope, aligning strategy to execution and solving operational issues in real time
Own scope control and risk management: govern change requests for additional deliverables, creators, or platforms, and maintain protocols for missed deadlines, quality issues, creator drop-off, and brand safety escalations
Own P&L visibility for the program, including tracking of the agency fee across the full annual campaign slate
Support the Alumni program, including ongoing engagement strategy and refinements.
Project & Program Operations
Partner with the Tech Leads to help build and maintain program infrastructure (Creator IQ, Airtable), ensuring data accuracy across vetting, roster management, and reporting
Run day-to-day program operations and own the master schedule, including the annual application and selection cycle across all review phases
Coordinate creator onboarding and oversee briefs, submissions, approvals, and campaign flow across Single Brand Campaigns (SBC), Multi-Brand Campaigns (MBC), and Sephora-led formats
Oversee milestones, dependencies, review SLAs, and status reporting; manage feedback through a single system with clear owners rather than across email, chat, decks, and text
Cross functional & Team Leadership
Collaborate with Legal, Ops, and Research to keep vetting, contracting, and compliance processes on track
Direct and mentor the Project Management Coordinator, Creator Relations Managers, and other team members supporting the program
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of relevant experience in influencer/creator marketing, talent partnerships, or account/client management within an agency, media, or entertainment environment, including senior-level, client-facing experience
Demonstrated experience running high-volume operational programs (e.g., application cycles, vetting, onboarding, or comparable logistics) at scale, with strong attention to detail
Deep knowledge of the creator economy and platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with familiarity with creator/influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Creator IQ) and program management tools (e.g., Airtable)
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience tracking budgets, fees, or program P&L
Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear, client-ready reporting and strategic recommendations
Highly organized, with the ability to operate as both a strategic and hands-on leader across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred experience in the beauty, retail, or CPG creator marketing space
Preferred experience standing up or scaling a creator/ambassador program
Preferred experience with agency fee tracking or billable program financial management
Working knowledge of invoicing/PO systems (e.g., Coupa) in an agency context preferred
