Role mandate
The client is appointing a Director to own security and asset protection across its national network, together with the estate and fleet supporting the network.
This is not a guarding role; it carries accountability for the integrity of assets that move, sit, or are stored under the group's name.
Mandate responsibilities
- Run security operations across every site in the Kingdom as one integrated system.
- Own asset protection, loss prevention, and loss investigation with measurable results.
- Set standards, upgrades, and integration for CCTV, access control, and physical security systems.
- Oversee facilities, utilities, and the estate supporting the network.
- Lead fleet compliance, utilisation, and cost management.
Candidate profile
- Experience running a distributed security operation across many sites, rather than a single site.
- Experience in asset protection or loss prevention in logistics, retail, or a comparable high-volume environment.
- Ability to lead a large frontline Saudi workforce and build career paths for it.
- Facilities and fleet competence, or the judgement to hire the required expertise and hold it accountable.
- Arabic is essential.
