• Support the development and evaluation of promotional and commercial strategies across channels

• Identify trends and patterns in customer response, demand behavior, and promotional effectiveness
• Partner with Planning and Finance to ensure post-event results are reflected in future assumptions and forecasts
• Share clear, actionable insights with cross functional teams to support continuous improvement
• Document learnings and best practices to build institutional knowledge over time
• Support a test-and-learn mindset by helping teams evaluate what worked, what didn’t, and why
• Identify early inventory risks
• Ensure alignment with inventory availability
• Bachelor’s degree, Retail Merchandising or Business preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 8-12 years’ experience in retail experience for a high-growth company
• A proven ability to break down larger initiatives into consumable achievable tasks to achieve departmental and company objectives
• A solutions-oriented mentality with a data driven approach
