Work Schedule
- The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday.
Workplace and Travel
- The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates.
- Regular international travel is required, up to 50% of working time, including overnight stays.
The Job
The Commercial Director creates strategic direction for the Life Sciences business in the Middle East.
The role drives the local direct sales team, channel strategy, business model, sales performance, and financial targets.
The role also supports country-level revenue through involvement across multiple EMEA Life Sciences businesses.
What You Will Do
- Direct and manage local sales district managers, specialists, and channel managers.
- Build motivated and effective teams.
- Develop customer and channel-partner strategies to grow market share and customer value.
- Support channel partners and end users through cross-functional teamwork.
- Build relationships using strong cultural awareness.
