Qualifications

• Required
• · 18+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
• · 5+ years in engineering leadership roles(Director) managing infrastructure teams.
• · Deep experience with AWS services, VMWare and hybrid cloud architectures.
• · Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and distributed systems.
• · Experience implementing infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• · Demonstrated experience operating infrastructure platforms supporting large-scale SaaS environments.
• · Strong ability to utilize AI tools as a force multiplier, and advocate for the use of these tools by teams
• Preferred
• · Experience operating hybrid cloud platforms across AWS and colocation datacenters.
• · Background supporting regulated industries.
• · Experience implementing cloud governance and FinOps practices.
• Additional Requirements and Details:
• · Travel required up to 10% of the time.
• · Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
• · Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
• · Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).

• The Professional Services (PS) and Customer Success (CX) bonus plans are a quarterly monetary bonus plan based upon individual and practice performance against specific business metrics. Eligibility is determined by several factors including: start date, good standing in the company, and actives status at time of payout.
