Lead high-intensity account growth across one or more key accounts.
Deliver double-digit year-over-year growth and position Nagarro as a strategic partner for AI transformation.
Systematically expand the breadth and depth of client engagements.
Outcomes
- Grow the assigned portfolio by 15% or more year over year.
- Achieve revenue targets through structured account planning, CXO agenda shaping, procurement engagement, and internal collaboration.
- Establish and maintain a senior-level position for AI in managed accounts with AI for Change advisors and capability leads.
- Secure public client testimonials and references about Nagarro's work.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of key account leadership or similar focused experience with a 20+ million account at a well-known professional services firm.
- Credibly engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business heads while building warm relationships.
- Demonstrate AI fluency in an industry context and discuss AI transformation in at least one vertical.
- Construct and defend business cases and handle procurement and legal negotiations.
- Work constructively with engineering and capability teams with low ego and high accountability.
