Account Growth Outcomes

• Achieve revenue targets with the account’s Custodian of Client Success through structured account planning and CXO agenda shaping.
• Work with procurement and internal Nagarro teams to identify and sell expanded offerings.
• Establish and maintain a senior-level position for AI in managed accounts with AI advisors and capability leads.
• Procure public client testimonials and references about the quality of Nagarro’s work.

Candidate Profile

• At least 20 years of key account leadership or similar experience focused on a 20 million-plus account at a well-known professional services firm.
• A strong account expansion track record is required.
• Ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business heads and build warm relationships.
• AI fluency in an industry context and ability to discuss AI transformation in at least one vertical.
• Deal-shaping and commercial acumen, including business-case construction and defense.
• Comfort with procurement and legal negotiations.
• Collaborative approach with engineering and capability teams, combined with low ego and high accountability.
