Location: 200 W Adams St, Suite 2001, Chicago, IL 60606

Position Responsibilities: Leadership in training and mentoring other associates in synthesizing business intelligence and business analytics.

Showing exceptional performance in client work.

Supporting business development activities in the firm.

Develop relations with the client leadership to act as a thought leader and propose new avenues for both client and ProcDNA growth in terms of offerings in synthesizing business intelligence and business analytics.

Work with clients to structure and model the data to solve complex business problems.

Design and run data model analysis for helping clients with strategic decision-making alongside managing the team internally.

This would include designing, implementing, and improving statistical models, Business Intelligence, and other analytical tools.

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, OR a related field PLUS demonstrable knowledge of: Enterprise data warehousing; dimensional data modeling; ETL development; large-scale data integration; Informatica; SSIS; MicroStrategy; Tableau; Qlik; Power BI; SQL; relational database mgmt systs; cloud-based analytics; Azure; Databricks; Veeva CRM; Salesforce; statistical analysis; data modeling; commercial analytics & data strategy within life sciences/healthcare industry. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, will accept two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30% as required. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Supervise four(4) subordinate employees.
