15+ years' experience leading client engagement, business development and engineering services within mining, minerals processing or resource infrastructure.

Strong experience across EPCM, EPC and project delivery environments.

Demonstrated success growing market share and securing major projects within Western Australia.

Exceptional leadership capability with experience leading multidisciplinary and geographically diverse teams.

Strong commercial acumen, including P&L accountability, contract negotiation and governance oversight.

The ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term strategic partnerships.

Deep knowledge of Western Australian resource sector dynamics and emerging market opportunities.
