Aon is hiring a Director of Client Technical Solutions for the PathWise group.
The role provides client-facing technical leadership across actuarial modeling, product capabilities, platform and infrastructure issues, and solution mentorship.
The position connects client needs with actuarial, quantitative, engineering, product, and technology expertise.
Client technical leadership
- Act as a trusted technical contact and coordinate support across modeling, product, engineering, infrastructure, and implementation teams.
- Help clients create, implement, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize actuarial and quantitative PathWise models.
- Own issue direction and ensure complex client requests reach the appropriate specialist through resolution.
Solutions and product expertise
- Build expertise in PathWise capabilities, workflows, configuration, and use cases.
- Design tailored solutions and proofs of concept that demonstrate business value.
- Guide model and workflow optimization, including GPU-enabled processing.
- Lead onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer for client teams.
