We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Per Diem Direct Support Staff to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in working toward personal goals and daily independence
- Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation
- Accompany individuals to appointments, community activities, and social outings
- Provide encouragement, guidance, and positive support
- Help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance/registration required
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- PMT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
