As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you will:

Provide supervision and support in accordance with each individual's Person-Centered Individual Support Plan (ISP)

Assist individuals in achieving personal goals and desired outcomes

Support activities of daily living, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks

Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and community events as needed

Assist individuals in accessing community resources and supports

Administer or assist with medications as required

Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Collaborate with program and clinical staff to ensure quality services

Promote healthy, safe, and socially appropriate behaviors

Perform other related duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to provide proof of education

Valid driver's license

Ability to pass all required background screenings, including FBI clearance when applicable

Associate's or Bachelor's degree

Previous experience in human services, healthcare, direct care, or caregiving roles
