- MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To provide support by operating various machines and equipment, in a safe and productive manner.

- KEY AREAS OF ACTIVITY AND RESPONSIBILITY Cut, sort, and pack molded parts at the molding machine Inspect molded parts before packing Assemble molded parts or insert metal castings Label cartons and place properly on pallets Chop scrap runners, and rejected parts Monitor and fill material hoppers/bins Count parts, pack bulk sacks, and pack boxes offline Clean, sweep, and remove trash as needed Remove parts from the molds Complete water treatment of molded parts Performs other duties or responsibilities, as assigned

- SKILLS NEEDED Previous manufacturing experience preferred High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Self-starter that is able to work in an independent manner. Ability to communicate and comprehend the English language, both verbally and written. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods of time. Requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and measuring equipment. Keep abreast of the latest trends/developments in Quality, Safety, and Environmental practices through regular formal training.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Self-starter that is able to work in an independent manner.
