Role Overview
Lead full-stack, end-to-end platforms and services powering digital and physical guest experiences across Disney Experiences.
Serve as the most senior Disney Experiences leader on site in Bangalore and mature the new office’s culture, employee experience, and daily operation.
Technology Leadership
- Set technical vision, strategy, and priorities for digital platforms across multiple engineering domains.
- Own delivery from requirements through design, build, test, release, and production operations.
- Lead through senior managers and managers in a matrixed organization with dotted-line reporting relationships.
- Establish engineering standards, Agile delivery discipline, backlog health, release predictability, and delivery metrics.
Quality and Architecture
- Own quality and production health with quality engineering and SRE, including test automation, CI/CD quality gates, SLOs, incident management, and on-call practices.
- Drive architectural decisions for content management, personalization, and full-stack web platforms while avoiding vendor lock-in.
- Partner with design, infrastructure, DevOps, security, and enterprise technology teams on secure and compliant solutions.
