Utilize established enterprise scorecard metrics (e.g., GPO compliance, inventory on hand, EDI utilization, accrual performance, usage module adoption) to drive actions, enforce accountability, and prioritize interventions.
Lead regular market and facility-level materials management performance reviews with facility and market leadership, translating data into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous performance and process improvement, ensuring sustained gains and operational discipline across the market.
