Qualifications

• Ability to travel 50%+ both within the region and nationally, as business needs require. Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted on finalist.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site environments
• Experience leading through influence across large, indirect teams and complex reporting structures
• Experience partnering with senior operational and financial leaders (e.g., CFOs, strategy, operations)
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to translate data into action
• Proven ability to enforce standards, drive accountability, and lead change across complex organizations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MMIS platforms
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours when necessary to support facility operations, implementations, conversions, escalations, and critical supply disruptions.
• Proven experience leading multiple facilities and driving adoption of systemwide sourcing, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Comfort operating in a highly matrixed organization, balancing enterprise priorities with local facility needs.
• Experience leading change management efforts and holding stakeholders accountable for implementation and results.

Compensation

• Pay: $120,016 to $191,568 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
• Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-50% depending on role level.
• Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
