Role overview
Konecranes is seeking a Diploma Trainee to support its Crane Service team.
The role is responsible for service and maintenance activities at site locations.
Key responsibilities
- Receive work assignments planned by branch service or maintenance planners.
- Accept work packages and enter completed work against the relevant service request or work package.
- Do not create new service requests except through the permitted do-work process.
- Record faults and exceptions using the Risk and Recommendation method.
- Estimate labor hours and parts costs for repairs.
- Perform safety and visit reviews and record next steps.
- Consult customers to support informed buying decisions based on recommendations.
- Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work in teams.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Any additional language is a plus.
Location
- The description states that the role may be based anywhere in India.
