- Location: Ecotech, Greater Noida.
- Work location: In person.
- Candidates must be from the Noida-NCR region.
About the Role
Join a precast production factory as a Diploma Engineer Trainee.

The internship is designed to prepare trainees for careers in industrialized, sustainable construction.
Key Learning Areas
- Design and engineering: learn planning and structural design concepts for precast columns, beams, slabs, and wall panels.
- Production: receive hands-on training in the controlled manufacturing of concrete components.
- Quality assurance: learn standard testing procedures, quality checks, and adherence to industry standards.
- Logistics and erection: gain exposure to transportation, handling, and on-site installation of precast elements.
- Interdepartmental coordination: understand collaboration among design, production, and execution teams.
Skills and Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
