Candidate Qualifications

• A related bachelor's degree is required.
• Approximately 3+ years of consulting experience is required.
• The role requires 2 to 5 years of UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience.
• Candidates should have experience with solution gap analysis, recommendations, business process design, and enhancements.
• Hands-on experience configuring complex client requirements is required.
• The role includes requirements gathering, user stories, test scenarios, solution configuration, testing, and deployment.
• An understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle is required.
• Travel is required, including on short notice when needed; estimated travel is 30%.
• UKG Pro certifications are ideal, and project management experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement teams and deliver professional services using UKG Pro implementation expertise.
• Develop and manage project budgets and implementation plans.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed about outcomes.
• Build productive client management relationships and align deliverables with business priorities.
• Provide constructive on-the-job feedback and training.
• Maintain current UKG Pro, Pro WFM, advisory services, and industry knowledge.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop client and internal EY relationships.

Salary Range

• The Toronto salary range is CAD 88,000 to CAD 132,000 annually.
• Salary is determined by factors including internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skills.
