Role Description
- The Digital Transformation Manager at Institut de l'Economie Circulaire d'Abidjan IECA is a full time, remote role focused on driving technology enabled change to support circular economy initiatives.
- The role involves assessing current processes and systems, identifying digital opportunities, and designing roadmaps to improve efficiency, transparency, and impact.
- The Digital Transformation Manager will coordinate cross functional stakeholders, translate organizational needs into digital solutions, and oversee implementation in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Daily Activities
- Conducting diagnostic analyses
- Facilitating workshops

- Continuous improvement of digital tools and processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation, with the ability to define and execute end to end transformation roadmaps.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support decision making for digital initiatives.
- Background in Consulting, including stakeholder engagement, problem framing, and delivery of clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and testing to create user centered digital solutions.
- Experience managing remote projects and working effectively with distributed, multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional context, including the ability to produce clear documentation and presentations.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms commonly used for project management, collaboration, and data analysis.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience or strong interest in circular economy, sustainability, or impact driven organizations is an asset.
