- Lead end to end digital initiatives that support the organization’s strategic goals

- Collaborate with editorial, operational, and administrative teams to understand their needs, translate requirements into clear project plans

Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation, with the ability to define roadmaps and implement change across processes and systems
- Strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem solving, and the ability to use insights to inform decisions and measure impact
- Experience in Consulting, with a track record of engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and providing structured recommendations
- Proficiency in Design Thinking, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and iterative testing for digital solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross functional and remote teams
- Proven project management experience, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and delivery of digital initiatives on time and within scope
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms relevant to publishing, academic, or public sector environments is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Comfort working in a remote setting, with strong self organization, accountability, and adaptability to evolving priorities

Role Description
- The Digital Transformation Manager role is a full time remote position responsible for leading end to end digital initiatives that support the organization’s strategic goals.
- The person in this role will assess current processes, systems, and workflows, identify opportunities for digitization, and oversee the implementation of new tools and platforms.
