- The Digital Transformation Manager leads initiatives that help organizations modernize operations through technology, automation, data, and innovative business solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities, growth objectives, and market trends.
- Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and redesign processes using digital solutions.
- Lead adoption of AI, cloud technologies, automation platforms, ERP systems, CRM solutions, and business intelligence tools.
- Implement reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics solutions to improve business insights.
- Manage communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies during transformation initiatives.
