Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Digital Transformation, or related discipline
- Experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, technology implementation, project management, business analysis, change management, or consulting
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, Cloud Technologies, AI, Automation Tools, Business Intelligence Platforms, Data Analytics
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, PMP Frameworks, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management Practices, Process Improvement Methodologies
- Master's Degree or MBA preferred
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, ITIL, TOGAF certifications preferred

Position Overview
- The Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for leading initiatives that modernize business operations through technology, process improvement, and digital innovation.
- This role works with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities, implement digital solutions, and improve organizational efficiency and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Identify opportunities for technology driven improvements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and digital trends.
- Define transformation objectives, KPIs, and success measurements.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Design optimized processes using digital solutions.
- Support automation and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement across departments.
- Lead digital technology adoption projects including AI, Cloud Platforms, Enterprise Software, Business Intelligence Tools, Automation Technologies, Digital Customer Platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams and technology vendors.
