Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead digital transformation projects from planning through implementation and optimization
- Assess existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including cloud, automation, data analytics, and AI solutions
- Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones
- Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, and improvement recommendations
- Support organizational change management and digital adoption initiatives
- Establish transformation metrics and track program performance and business impact
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, business strategy, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing transformation projects or cross functional teams preferred
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, cloud solutions, automation, AI, and data driven business models
- Experience with business process improvement and organizational change initiatives
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, or other transformation methodologies is advantageous
- Ability to translate business challenges into technology driven solutions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
