Role description
Lead initiatives that improve business performance through digital solutions, process optimization, and innovative technologies.
Assess existing processes, identify digital improvement opportunities, and develop transformation roadmaps.
Coordinate technology-enabled solution implementation with business, technology, operations, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage transformation projects and multiple transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and improve organizational workflows.
- Support automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor project outcomes and promote digital adoption across the organization.
- Align digital initiatives with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in information technology, business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process optimization, automation, and technology trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to develop digital strategies and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple transformation initiatives.
- Strong change management and organizational adoption capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management or digital transformation tools.
Additional capabilities
- Understanding of data analytics, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, automation, or digital platforms is an advantage.
