Responsibilities
- Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance business performance, operational efficiency, customer experience, and organizational innovation
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and process optimization
- Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and technology teams to assess current processes and define transformation roadmaps
- Oversee cross functional transformation projects, monitor performance metrics, manage risks, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and digital adoption while supporting organizational change management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Advanced knowledge of digital transformation frameworks, business process improvement, technology implementation, automation solutions, data analytics, and change management methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools, business intelligence platforms, reporting systems, and digital technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration skills
- Strong project and program management capabilities with experience leading large scale transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, business process automation, enterprise systems, Agile methodologies, and operational excellence frameworks is highly advantageous
- Experience delivering enterprise wide digital transformation programs and innovation initiatives is considered a strong advantage

Role Description
