- Experience with digital tools and platforms such as construction/project management software, cloud solutions, data analytics, and collaboration tools
- Ability to analyze business processes, interpret data, and develop actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring, team coordination, and fostering a culture of innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field
- Experience managing vendor relationships and technology procurement
- Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance considerations

Role Description
- The Digital Transformation Director is a full time, remote role responsible for defining and leading the company’s digital transformation roadmap across real estate and construction operations.
- This role oversees the assessment of existing processes and systems, identifies opportunities for digitalization, and drives the implementation of technologies such as project management platforms, data analytics tools, and automation solutions.
- The Digital Transformation Director collaborates closely with executive leadership, IT, and project teams to align digital initiatives with business goals, manage change, and ensure adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Day to day tasks include setting strategic priorities, managing digital projects, monitoring performance metrics, and providing guidance and training to stakeholders on digital best practices.
- The role also involves staying informed about industry trends, evaluating vendors and solutions, and ensuring that digital initiatives comply with regulatory, security, and data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or IT leadership within real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Strong skills in project and program management, including planning, stakeholder management, and change management for complex, multi site initiatives.
- Experience with digital tools and platforms such as construction/project management software, cloud solutions, data analytics, and collaboration tools.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and support cross functional teams in a remote environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring, team coordination, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, digital transformation) are beneficial.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and technology procurement, with an understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance considerations.
