Role Description
- The Digital Transformation Director is a full time remote role responsible for defining and leading digital transformation initiatives across See All AI. This role oversees the design and execution of strategic programs that modernize processes, enhance data and technology capabilities, and improve
Day to day responsibilities
- Assessing current workflows, developing transformation roadmaps, coordinating cross functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborating with product, engineering, clinical, and operations stakeholders to implement scalable solutions, monitor progress against key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Presenting recommendations to senior leadership, managing change and adoption activities, and ensuring that transformation efforts support the company’s long term vision.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation, including leading end to end initiatives in technology driven organizations.
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, define KPIs, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven Program Management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.
- Consulting experience or consulting style approach to problem solving, including structured analysis, executive ready communication, and change management.
- Background in healthcare, medical technology, or AI driven products is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast paced, and evolving environment, with strong self management and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
