- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital transformation consultants and analysts
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Assess existing business processes, systems, and technology landscapes to identify improvement opportunities
- Design end to end transformation roadmaps covering people, process, and technology
- Advise stakeholders on digital solutions including cloud, automation, data analytics, and AI adoption
- Manage transformation programs, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Conduct business process reengineering, gap analysis, and maturity assessments
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define strategic priorities and success metrics
- Prepare executive level reports, presentations, and transformation business cases
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, IT strategy, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Strong understanding of digital technologies such as cloud computing, AI, automation, and data analytics
- Experience in business process reengineering and enterprise transformation programs
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with consulting frameworks and transformation methodologies
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
