Work and development
- Use data, technology, and innovation to deliver measurable business value.
- Lead or contribute to projects involving supply chain, digitization, go-to-market strategy, or brand-building experiences.
- Build relationships and collaborate in autonomous and team-based settings.
- Work with senior leaders to remove roadblocks when needed.
- Lead fast-cycle projects for the Canadian business through Innovation North.
- Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training.
- Collaborate with interns, leaders, and teams across functions, categories, and geographies.
Candidate qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree and planning to graduate in mid-to-late 2028.
- Have no more than three years of prior full-time experience, excluding internship and co-op terms.
