Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver digital solutions roadmap aligned to strategy and enterprise priorities
- Identify opportunities to digitise, automate and streamline ways of working
- Oversee design, optimisation and lifecycle of core systems and platforms
- Turn business needs into intuitive, effective digital solutions
- Drive workflow redesign and automation to reduce friction and improve outcomes
- Ensure systems are reliable, user friendly and high performing
- Lead digital projects from concept to implementation and adoption
- Strengthen data integrity, security and compliance
- Build strong relationships with leaders, vendors and partners
- Lead and grow a high performing digital solutions team
Requirements
- Proven experience leading digital platforms, systems and transformation initiatives
- Strong capability in solution design, systems integration and optimisation
- Experience delivering complex programs with governance, prioritisation and measurable outcomes
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, business focused solutions
- Collaborative leadership style that builds trust, alignment and shared success
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Digital, Business, Information Systems or similar
- Project or Agile certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum) desirable
