Overview

  • On behalf of a fast growing/start up AI security technology company expanding across the GCC, we're hiring a Digital Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle across the Middle East market.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation through deal closure — in the Middle East market.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through digital channels (LinkedIn, email, calls), partner networks, and events.
  • Build and manage a strong, active pipeline in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Run discovery calls, product demos, and proposal presentations for CISOs, IT decision makers, and procurement leads.
  • Partner closely with the pre sales/technical team to shape solution proposals.
  • Represent the company at ME region field visits, trade shows, and partner activations.
  • Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in tech, cybersecurity, or AI solutions, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into the Middle East / GCC market.
  • An existing, active network or database of CISOs, IT buyers, or enterprise decision makers in the region.
  • Fluent English; business level Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable with digital first prospecting and CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and executive level communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the Middle East for client meetings and events.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue sales models.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML driven security platforms.
  • Active exposure to UAE, KSA, or Qatar markets.
  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
