Key skills for this role
Analyse digital sales funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion.
Support A/B and multivariate testing across digital journeys, from design through to results analysis.
Maintain and enhance digital tracking, tagging and measurement frameworks.
Identify friction points in customer application journeys and support optimisation initiatives.
Develop dashboards, reports and insights that inform business decisions and stakeholder priorities.
Proven experience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics , including tagging and QA.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and test analysis.
A genuine interest in customer behaviour, digital optimisation and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across digital, product, marketing and analytics teams.
Proven experience with SQL is a prerequisite and is tested throughout the interview process. Data visualisation tools such as Tableau is highly regarded.
