Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and organizational skills, with a superior client-service mentality and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to planning work and meeting deadlines
Experience: One year of experience working in the legal services industry preferred
Technical: Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and the ability to learn Esquire’s technology platforms
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience or a college degree preferred
Coaching & Training: Knowledge of adult training principles and methods, with the ability to coach performance and support process improvement under pressure
