The Role
The Digital Project Manager executes multifaceted digital programs for assigned clients within GAIN's Conversion business unit.
The role coordinates experimentation strategists, account managers, researchers, designers, developers, and client teams to improve execution quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own client success, satisfaction, and retention through efficient execution of program deliverables.
- Manage Fortune 500 experimentation and insights programs and ensure experiments and research projects meet schedules.
- Manage resources, stakeholder relationships, client communications, technical obstacles, budgets, and quality assurance.
- Host daily huddles to coordinate accountabilities, due dates, and roadblocks across departments.
- Improve delivery processes and identify revenue, expansion, and client management opportunities.
- Contribute to experimentation strategy discussions, workflows, workshops, and process development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience in digital marketing, marketing project management, or related activities.
- Solid working knowledge of A/B testing tools, processes, and frameworks.
- Strong skills with online collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, Jira, and Harvest.
