We are seeking a high-potential Digital Project Manager to join our Product Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with customers, Product, and Engineering teams to coordinate projects, gather business requirements, and support the successful adoption of the swipejobs platform. It's an ideal role for someone looking to accelerate their career in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management.

Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, supporting implementations, pilot programs, and product rollouts.

Lead customer meetings, discovery sessions, and workshops to understand business requirements and identify product opportunities.

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

Coordinate customer onboarding, implementation projects, and pilot programs to ensure successful delivery.

Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, training materials, and implementation resources.

Conduct customer feedback analysis, market research, and competitor reviews to support product improvements and release planning.

Bachelor's degree (completed or near completion) in Business, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
