Role Overview
BMO is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own product delivery, solution coordination, release readiness, and cross-functional dependency management.
The role connects business requirements with technology capabilities and supports customer experience, business value, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Product Lifecycle
- Develop and deliver the full product lifecycle from strategic objectives through market launch and retirement.
- Research, select, and develop products and services that connect business requirements with technology capabilities.
- Define personas, proof of concepts, backlogs, acceptance criteria, roadmaps, and product activation plans.
- Represent the business to cross-functional teams and clarify feature, story, and content requirements.
Delivery and Adoption
- Define product goals, engage stakeholders, and lead product adoption.
- Define and prioritize customer experience improvements and coordinate product management with development teams.
- Build cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and address delivery or adoption blockers through communications, documentation, and training.
- Establish go-to-market, pricing, and positioning strategies and manage product budgets and timelines.
