Responsibilities
- Own the end to end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), leading cross functional teams to deliver complex, customer facing digital initiatives.
- Manage and optimize a marketing technology ecosystem including Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and loyalty platforms.
- Develop and execute product strategies and multi year roadmaps for digital platforms aligned with business objectives.
- Define product success metrics, establish KPIs, and perform data analysis to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners, overseeing platform performance and SLAs.
- Lead governance of marketing technology platforms by establishing best practices for data quality, system integrity, security, and compliance.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and external partners to deliver innovative digital experiences.
- Champion a customer centric approach by identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the digital journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, or Technical Product Leadership within a complex enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent digital projects, budgets, and cross functional initiatives.
- Strong expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).
- Experience working with websites, mobile applications, CMS platforms, DAM solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience with SAP systems and hospitality related integrations (such as PMS or TMS) is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate customer and business data into actionable product decisions.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
- Customer focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple business functions.
