Digital Product Manager II

• Strategic roadmap creation aligned with business objectives .
• Deep experience in Agile and LEAN product methodologies .

• Bachelor’s degree .
• Minimum 5-6 years in product-related roles.
• A combination of education and experience may meet this requirement.

• 7– 8 years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles .
• Experience owning or managing customer-facing e-commerce products or digital commerce experiences strongly preferred.
• Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus preferred.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and developing new product opportunities, customer experiences, or digital capabilities from concept through validation and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to use customer insights, analytics, experimentation, competitive research, and market trends to inform product strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large digital projects with multiple stakeholders .
• Background in systems integration, digital marketing, or e-commerce preferred .
• Working knowledge of AI, generative AI, and emerging digital technologies, including the ability to identify practical product and e-commerce use cases.

This job does have supervisory responsibilities.

This job operates in a professional office environment.

The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.

This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite.

The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.

Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employee’s manager.

Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds.
